Denise Colon, M.P.A., is the embodiment of grace forged in fire. A proud Puerto Rican, first-generation college graduate, former teenage mother of three, and now a transformational speaker and faith-based coach, Denise has devoted her life to helping women transform their pain into power. As the founder of Grace & Grit by Precious Stones Industries, she equips women to overcome trauma, rise in their purpose, and thrive both spiritually and professionally.
Denise’s story is one of raw resilience and divine redemption. Having navigated the challenges of early motherhood, societal judgment, and professional ceilings, she rose to earn a master’s in Public Administration and spent over a decade leading in the corporate arena, particularly in supply chain where she is a powerhouse leading thousands of employees. Her excellence in leadership and heart for women’s empowerment eventually led her to launch a movement that intertwines biblical truth with practical life strategies.
She is the co-author of Promise to Love and Honor, where her chapter titled “Unshaken” gives voice to her deeply personal and triumphant journey through loss, shame, and spiritual awakening. Denise’s coaching, retreats, and keynote speaking engagements are known for being emotionally honest and spiritually rooted. She ministers with fire, empathy, and boldness—meeting women where they are, while prophetically calling them into who they are meant to become.
Her newest project, Beauty After Breakdown: Becoming Who God Called Me to Be, continues that mission. The book will serve as a roadmap for women who have experienced breakdowns—emotionally, mentally, or spiritually—and are ready to rebuild on a foundation of faith. Within the last three months, Denise has been deeply immersed in her next powerful offering: the completion of her solo-authored book Beauty After Breakdown: Becoming Who God Called Me to Be. This project is a labor of love, birthed from her own wilderness seasons and her unyielding belief that God uses our most broken moments as the soil for our greatest calling.
