Hitmaka disclosed that he had put much effort into sustaining and growing his success while launching new artists and acts in an interview via Instagram Live. He credits his tenure as Vice President of A&R at Atlantic with giving him the knowledge and experience he has. He values everything he learned there and hopes to run his own business someday, even though he has since moved on.

Formerly known as Yung Berg, Hitmaka has become a genuine hitmaker in the music business. The Chicago native had made significant progress since his early career, when his hits “Sexy Lady,” “Sexy Can I,” and “The Business.” helped him acquire notoriety. Since then, he has evolved into a super producer, amassing a remarkable resume that includes over 75 million in sales, 9 billion streams, 9 Grammy nominations, and numerous classic records.

At 15, Hitmaka discovered his passion for music and has been a committed workaholic ever since. He works diligently to hone his art while spending most of his waking hours in the studio. His unwavering commitment to quality work, dedication, and passion have made him successful, prosperous, and well-liked in the business.

Hitmaka’s All-Star Catalog of Tracks

Hitmaka has worked with some of the most prominent players in the business to produce an impressive body of work. Big Sean’s “Bounce Back,” which has achieved five times Platinum certification, Meek Mill’s “Dangerous,” French Montana and Drake’s “No Stylist,” 2 Chainz and Ariana Grande’s “Rule the World,” Lil Wayne’s “John,” and Nicki Minaj’s “Want Some More.” are some of his most well-known songs. He most recently contributed to Trippie Redd’s “Rich MF” song, featuring Polo G and Lil Durk.

Hitmaka is not satisfied with sitting back and taking it easy despite his success. With Ty Dolla $ign and Queen Naija as guests on the upcoming single “Quickie,” he is working on his producer album. He most recently served as executive producer of Tink’s latest record, Heat of the Moment, demonstrating his versatility across all musical genres.

Hitmaka’s Journey and Creative Process

Hitmaka talked about his experience and creative process in the music business in an interview. He attributes his knowledge and expertise necessary to be successful in the business to his time serving as VP of A&R at Atlantic. He continued to succeed in the industry even after leaving Atlantic after four years, closely collaborating with Ghazi at EMPIRE to create hit after hit.

Hitmaka revealed that his creative process varies depending on the assignment when questioned about it. He occasionally works with other artists with beats or concepts he can use. Other times, he develops the concepts independently and works with other producers to make the finished work.

Hitmaka manages to keep everything orderly despite the chaos of working on several projects simultaneously by consistently developing and working on new ideas. This enables him to be ready to collaborate with the artists he has been waiting to work with.

Hitmaka on His Style and Personal Life

With an impressive collection of expensive items, Hitmaka is well known for his passion for watches and jewelry. He thinks the appropriate disguise, such as a superhero outfit, can boost his self-assurance and creativity in the recording studio. He also disclosed that Sundays are his only day off and that he spends most of his time in the studio.

When questioned about his personal life, Hitmaka acknowledged that his busy routine prevents him from dating frequently. He also wanted to advance further and, like L.A. Reid, lead one of the big music labels in the future.

What’s Ahead for Hitmaka

The topic of Hitmaka’s future projects was then brought up. He disclosed that he is working on a producer album called Big Tuh and expressed excitement for his upcoming song, “Quickie,” which features R&B superstars Ty Dolla $ign and Queen Naija. “Quickie” is an R&B song for women, but the guys can still bump to it, according to Hitmaka. The idea of the song is about wanting to be intimate with someone but not having enough time, and the beat is crazy. Hitmaka and Crishan cooperated on the song, and Skip and Ty Dolla $ign worked together on the moment.

Hitmaka and Ty$ revealed that they had previously collaborated with Queen Naija when questioned about how the project came about. They had planned to record together, but their schedules didn’t coincide with each other’s projects. Queen agreed to let Hitmaka use the song on his producer project because she felt it would be perfect. Hitmaka is eager for his followers to watch the video later filmed by Ty Dolla $ign and Queen Naija.

Hitmaka’s Collection of Classic Songs

Lil Wayne’s “John,” Nicki Minaj’s “Want Some More,” 2 Chainz and Ariana Grande’s “Rule the World,” Meek Mill’s “Dangerous,” and French Montana and Drake’s “No Stylist.” are just a few of the songs Hitmaka has produced. The heat of the Moment, Tink’s most recent album, which is presently ranked #1 on Apple Music, was also executive produced by him.

Hitmaka is a compulsive worker who spends all his awake time working in the studio. His devotion, hard work, and passion result from his success, prosperity, and respect. He acknowledges that he enjoys what he does, so to him, it is not labor. “Droptop in the Rain” is Hitmaka’s favorite song that he has collaborated on with Ty Dolla $ign, and he admitted that they have probably recorded more than 100 tracks together.

What Will Hitmaka Do Next?

Hitmaka is a producer with enormous plans for the future and is just starting. He hopes to lead one of the major record labels and create doors for others like him by running it. He admires L.A. Reid and considers him a role model in the business. He and Crishan run their own business together and want to expand it.

Hitmaka is passionate about watches and jewelry because he admitted to donning an $80,000 AP Royal Oak solid rose gold watch and 4.5-carat earrings while conducting the interview. He clarified that donning the appropriate jewelry and dripping in the studio aids in his ability to feel the vibe and produce better songs.

With over 75 million in purchases, 9 billion streams, and 9 Grammy nominations, Hitmaka has reinvented himself as a super producer. He has achieved great success in music due to his work ethic, dedication, and passion. He continuously aspires to advance and reinvent himself, and he has lofty goals for the company. Hitmaka is just getting begun with his upcoming producer album, Big Tuh, and single “Quickie,” which features Ty Dolla $ign and Queen Naija.
