California-based artist, songwriter, and entrepreneur Nice Major is about to drop “15Min High.3,” the third installment in his popular “15Min High” series. Currently signed to Elete Records and under the VctryCrcle brand, Nice Major describes the project in his own words as “15 minutes of dope ass music,” giving listeners a motivational experience that blends uplifting energy with his smooth lyrical flow over jazz-influenced beats.
The new EP features six solid tracks, with some notable collaborations. You’ll hear Tum Tum on “For Yo Ride,” then Nice Major goes solo on “Champagne Wishes” and “Ocean Views.” The second half brings in 88Killa on “Pressure & Diamonds,” followed by the veteran MC Eiht on “Be Eazy,” before closing with “WithOut You” featuring BH Montclair.
It’s been quite a wait since “15Min High.2” came out in 2018, but this new project stays faithful to Nice Major’s signature approach – what he’s come to call his “Victory Music.” Longtime fans will immediately recognize his positive messaging that encourages everyone to “Celebrate Your Wins” – something that’s become a recurring theme throughout his work.
What makes this EP stand out is how it mixes lifestyle rap with LoFi elements and jazz concepts. Nice Major sees it as the “perfect soundtrack for the morning drive and Happy Hour” – and he’s not wrong. The heavy bass lines paired with those smooth rhythms create that quintessential West Coast vibe that pays respect to ’90s hip-hop while still feeling relevant today.

In addition to this upcoming release, Nice Major recently put out ‘Refresher’ Vol. 1 on April 20th, 2025 – a collection of eight tracks that clocks in at about 25 minutes total.
The music thing seems to come naturally to him. Nice Major started out as a high school DJ before gradually moving into production, and eventually creating his own brand of hip-hop. This path led to the development of his VctryCrcle brand, which now extends well beyond just music.
If you’re interested in checking out his work, swing by his website at nicemajor.com or follow him on Instagram and Twitter/X. For merch and other items, the VctryCrcle store has got you covered.
Stay tuned for announcements about live performances supporting “15Min High.3” – they should be coming soon. With his distinctive blend of motivational content and West Coast style, Nice Major continues to find his own space in today’s crowded hip-hop landscape. While many artists focus on quantity, his approach of quality over quantity – just 15 minutes of solid content – might be exactly what listeners need right now.
