Como is a hidden gem in the music industry, where the spotlight often shines on chart-topping hits and global superstars. Born in Austria and raised in the picturesque western part of Styria, Como has always found solace in music. A series of unexpected encounters led Como to the music industry’s doorstep, culminating in a major label deal and the recording of her debut album, “Music Diary,” at the legendary Hansa Studios in Berlin. Yet, the sudden hype and the pressures of the music business were overwhelming for Como, prompting her to retreat from the public eye and reassess her relationship with music.

Today, Como returns as an independent artist, embracing her music with renewed passion and purpose. In her single, “Emily,” Como showcases a composition that is both beautifully raw and refined. The track, which runs for slightly over four minutes, marks a significant chapter in Como’s career as she steps forward as an independent artist. “Emily” is distinguished by its minimalistic arrangement, highlighting Como’s choice to let the natural, unpolished tones of a Fazioli grand piano take center stage.
