Q: How did your experiences at IBM and Bitmart shape your vision for Trade Like Crazy?
Armen Sargasyan: Working at IBM and Bitmart exposed me to the intricacies of the tech and cryptocurrency industries. Bitmart allowed me to understand the common mistakes made in the crypto space and sparked my desire to create something innovative.
Q: What inspired the combination of AI, exemplified by ChatGPT, with cryptocurrency expertise in Trade Like Crazy’s approach?
Armen Sargasyan : Recognizing the potential of AI and the emotional challenges traders face, I sought to blend technology like ChatGPT with cryptocurrency expertise to create a logical and reliable approach to trading.
Q: How do you foresee Trade Like Crazy’s role in the cryptocurrency market evolving over the next 18 months?
Armen Sargasyan : We have a comprehensive 18-month roadmap that we’re committed to following. As we introduce new elements, transparency and regular updates will be critical in our evolution.
Q: With expansion plans in Spain, Vietnam, and maintaining a solid presence in Armenia, how do you balance global growth with maintaining a cohesive company culture?
Armen Sargasyan : While expanding globally, we prioritize maintaining a solid company culture through constant communication and fostering a sense of unity. Our headquarters in Yerevan remains the core, ensuring our values are consistently upheld.
Q: Trade Like Crazy emphasizes being a trading company first. How do you distinguish your approach from companies that prioritize marketing?
Armen Sargasyan : Our growth is primarily driven by satisfied customers, not aggressive marketing. We pride ourselves on being traders first, ensuring our strategies are rooted in practical trading experiences rather than flashy marketing campaigns.
Q: Armen, there is a rumor that you live a double life with two passports and different names. Could you please comment on this?
Armen Sargasyan: (laughing) I never tried to hide it, but the opposite. If someone asks me, I proudly answer that only immigrants can understand it. 5 years ago, when I came to Armenia and wanted to open a business, there was no way to do it without a passport or Armenian, so I did my best to get it. Then, I came up with a new challenge: how to write my name on the official documents. It was a horror spending a few hours in the government offices writing my name and surname instead of them to avoid later mistakes in the papers, but I found a way. Since I have never been involved in any criminal cases and had no problems with the police, I could easily change my name and surname in my Armenian passport to save wasted hours in government offices.
Q: Could you share a glimpse into the qualification process for your traders and how you ensure their ongoing proficiency?
Armen Sargasyan : Every trader undergoes rigorous training, regardless of their prior experience. We have live account tests with performance expectations, and continuous supervision by a master trader ensures ongoing proficiency.
