Las Vegas native Lucid Vibe is making waves in the music scene with his unique blend of melodic pop, rap, and trap. The emerging music artist is carving out his own path in the industry, captivating audiences with energy-filled tracks and relatable lyrics that resonate far beyond the neon-lit streets of his hometown.

Born into poverty and raised amidst struggles, Lucid Vibe’s journey to becoming a music artist is a testament to perseverance and the power of chasing one’s dreams. The artist, who performs under the moniker Lucid Vibe, began his musical journey at the age of 17, initially with no interest in rapping because it was uncharted territory for him. His entry into the world of hip-hop came at the encouragement of his best friend, MAR$H, who didn’t want to rap alone.

“I actually wanted to be a singer or an actor,” Lucid Vibe recounts. “MAR$H told me to rap with him because he didn’t want to rap alone. I didn’t even know where to begin, so he started writing my lyrics for me.”

The duo began by creating remixes of popular songs from the mid-2000s. After a few weeks of collaboration, Lucid Vibe began experimenting with various aspects of music creation. He found himself falling in love with the process, from crafting melodies to penning lyrics, lighting a fire for a new passion. As he immersed himself in the art, he realized he had been given a gift that extended beyond any single genre or style. This realization prompted him to start writing his own lyrics, creating original tracks, and honing his craft across every facet of music production. It was then that he knew making music, in all its forms, was his true passion and all he wanted to do.

It wasn’t until the age of 21 that Lucid Vibe released his first record, marking the beginning of his serious pursuit of music as a career and lifestyle. His music is characterized by electrifying melodies and deep, relatable content. Popular tracks like “The Vibes,” “Grindin,” “Gas Me Up,” and “Headshot” showcase his ability to create crowd-pleasing music while telling intriguing stories that captivate listeners.

Lucid Vibe’s brand extends beyond his individual identity. He refers to his brand and fan base as “KILL$QUAD” or “K$,” with “K$4L” serving as the slogan. This branding strategy helps create a sense of community among his supporters, fostering a deeper connection between the artist and his audience.

In his music, Lucid Vibe aims to convey a message of hope and resilience. He wants the world to know that they aren’t alone, leading by example to show that life always gets better. This message is deeply rooted in his own experiences of overcoming adversity.

“I was born into struggle, living most of my life in section 8 housing,” he shares, “but I didn’t let that stop me from chasing my dreams. Now I do everything I dreamed of and still have so many things to discover and accomplish, thankfully because of music.”

Lucid Vibe’s commitment to his craft extends to the production of his music. Over a year ago, he connected with Connor Boehm, a 20-year-old professional audio engineer from Oregon, through social media. Boehm, who works under the handle @MixedByConnor, offered to engineer Lucid Vibe’s music after being impressed by his sound.

Speaking about their collaboration, Lucid Vibe says, “Connor is hands down one of the best engineers I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I’m very thankful that Connor makes everything easy and never has a problem listening to or seeing my vision. We put our brains together, and that’s really how we dial it in!”

This partnership highlights the importance of collaboration in the music industry, especially for emerging artists. By working with professionals who understand and support their vision, artists like Lucid Vibe can elevate the quality of their output and reach a wider audience.

As a music artist and songwriter, Lucid Vibe’s versatility extends across various genres of music. He aspires to be known for creating relatable music that helps people through hard times, as well as upbeat tracks that put listeners in a good mood. This dual focus on emotional depth and entertainment value sets him apart in the oversaturated music scene.

Lucid Vibe is also heavily involved in the Las Vegas nightlife scene, connecting with the city’s vibrant energy. He can be found across all nightclubs, connecting and networking with DJs and artists, bringing in club-goers to enjoy the entertainment provided by the venues. This immersion in the nightlife scene has led to significant opportunities and connections in the industry. Lucid Vibe has opened for or connected with several notable, big stars including Nef The Pharaoh, Jim Jones, Ying Yang Twins, City Spud, and Nelly. These interactions have not only expanded his network but also provided valuable experience and exposure on bigger stages.

His connection with City Spud, in particular, led to a pivotal moment in his career. Thanks to fellow artist and DJ “Mihika” for the introduction, Lucid Vibe earned the opportunity to become a songwriter for City Spud’s songwriting team, further expanding his reach and influence in the industry.

Lucid Vibe’s story is one of transformation and determination. From a teenager who never knew he had the ability to rap, to a dedicated music artist, his journey serves as an inspiration to aspiring musicians and dreamers alike. His message to others is clear: “Anything is possible. Chase your dreams no matter what anyone else says or how hard it is to achieve. You truly only live one life, so don’t let anyone stop you from making your dreams come true.”

As Lucid Vibe continues to grow his presence in the music industry, he remains grounded in his roots and committed to his artistic vision. His music can be found on various platforms, including Spotify and YouTube, while fans can follow his journey on social media through Instagram and X.

With his unique sound and authentic lyrics, Lucid Vibe is transforming his Las Vegas roots and relentless hustle into a rising career that demands attention.
